Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During new collection launches, limited edition releases, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within South Africa
Estimated delivery times:
- Gauteng: 1–3 business days
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photographs where applicable.
We will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
